I had the pleasure of purchasing a Defender 110 from Jaguar Land Rover Langley last year, and I can confidently say it was one of the best decisions I’ve made. My journey to finding the perfect vehicle was not easy—I visited multiple Land Rover dealerships and felt increasingly frustrated with my search. Just when I was about to lose hope, I came across Terry, and what seemed like a small drop of water in my dry search turned into a flowing river that ultimately led me to my dream car.
At first, I was considering a Range Rover Evoque, and Terry took the time to explain all the features over the phone. Since he wasn’t available on Sundays, he kindly referred me to his colleague Luping, who was incredibly professional and patient. Luping gave me a thorough introduction to all the available models, from the Evoque to the highest Range Rover trim levels. Time flew by, and after spending three hours exploring my options, he provided detailed quotations and encouraged me to take my time deciding.
When I reconnected with Terry, he asked me a simple but powerful question: “Have you chosen your dream car?” That was the moment I realized—while I originally thought I’d go with an Evoque, I could actually afford something more luxurious and capable than I had imagined. The decision to go with a Land Rover Defender was deeply personal. I had been in a life-threatening accident, where my Mitsubishi Eclipse rolled off the road, and thankfully, I survived. That experience made me prioritize safety more than ever, and I knew I needed a vehicle that offered top-tier protection. The Defender was the perfect choice, and I am beyond grateful to the team for guiding me through the process.

This dealer was awesome. I brought them my concern, they were able to book an appointment within 2 days and had my vehicle fixed within a day. My car was washed and vacuumed upon arrival. All was great! Thank you Rhonda for keeping me informed and making it all happen.
This is our first Land Rover and the experience at Jaguar Land Rover Langley has been fantastic! Everyone has been an absolute pleasure to deal with and the overall professionalism of the dealership is first rate. Yesterday we had to come in for service which was a breeze. It was done on time and the truck was very nicely cleaned. I would highly recommend this dealership.
